Paulo Fernando Soares, Group CEO KENERSYS GmbH

Paulo Fernando Soares is the Group CEO of KENERSYS GmbH since April 2010. He heads the company with its subsidiaries in Germany, India and the USA.
He started his career at Siemens Hydro Brazil, proceeded as Vice President at Voith Siemens Shanghai Hydro before he established and developed Suzlon Energy Tianjin Ltd. from the start-up phase to a fully fledged company.

 

Tal Billis, Group CFO KENERSYS GmbH

Tal Billis is the Group CFO of KENERSYS GmbH since 2008.
In his former function as CFO at IDM Group he created the framework, controls and procedures to grow from a small private company to a USD 200m + turnover group. Before that he was Head of Business Development at Charter plc a USD 3 Billion turnover industrial company, staffed diverse  senior management roles at Aker Kvaerner  and spent several years in finance and corporate finance with  Esso UK Plc.

 

Markus Becker, Group CTO KENERSYS GmbH

Markus Becker fills the position of Group CTO KENERSYS GmbH since July 2007 and heads the GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY CENTER. He is one of the founders of the renowned engineering company RSBconsult GmbH, which merged in KENERSYS. Started at Lebherz & Partner Solar- & umwelttechnische Anlagen GmbH, he was responsible as Platform Manager at Tacke Windenergie GmbH - Enron Wind GmbH - GE Wind Energy GmbH.

 

Valérie Maniquant, Group Vice President Supply Chain KENERSYS GmbH

Valérie Maniquant works as Group Vice President Supply Chain KENERSYS GmbH since September 2008. She is responsible for Supply Chain strategies in all subsidiaries. Before joining KENERSYS she was Executive Vice President Purchasing & Logistics and Global Purchasing Director Raw Material and Tube at Benteler Automobiltechnik GmbH. Valérie Maniquant launched her career in 1991 at ARBED International Trading S.A, Paris & Luxembourg.

 

Jochen Weick, Group Vice President Corporate Communication KENERSYS GmbH

Jochen Weick holds the position as Group Vice President Corporate Communication KENERSYS GmbH since September 2010. He started at KENERSYS as Head of Marketing & Corporate Communication KENERSYS EUROPE GmbH in 2009. Before that he was Head of Marketing & Communication at Wirsol Solar AG. Additionally he led his own Marketing and PR Agency.

 

Dr. Olaf Grabe, Group General Counsel KENERSYS GmbH

Since July 2009 Dr. Olaf Grabe occupies the position of Group General Counsel KENERSYS GmbH.
Before he was in charge of designing and implementing cross-departmental contract management in GE Wind Energy. He operated as Legal counsel at htp GmbH, was Associate Lecturer at the “Hochschule Harz University of Applied Sciences “ and earned the PhD in law in 2006.

 

Aynur Kaya, Global Head of Human Resources KENERSYS GmbH

Aynur Kaya is Global Head of Human Resources KENERSYS GmbH since January 2011. She is responsible for all HR processes within the KENERSYS GROUP. Prior to joining KENERSYS she worked at Shell for more than 10 years in various HR Management positions. Her latest positions were Global Business Talent Manager and Senior Global HR Adviser New Business Development at Shell Exploration & Production BV.

 

 

 

Andreas von Bobart, CEO KENERSYS EUROPE GmbH

Andreas von Bobart is CEO KENERSYS EUROPE GmbH since June 2010. He started as Head of OMS at KENERSYS EUROPE GmbH. He worked in various positions at GE Energy GmbH,  as Manager Customer Service Group, Manager Business Unit Germany and Manager Project Management in Europe. Afterwards he held a position as MD and Shareholder at the SSB Group, where he was also Board Member of SSB Driving Systems in Qingdao, China.

 

 

Kailash Tarachandani, CEO KENERSYS INDIA Pvt. Ltd.

Since January 2011 Kailash Tarachandani occupies the position of CEO KENERSYS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. Tarachandani worked for Vestas as Director Business Development and for Alstom Power Customer Services as Director Strategic Projects. Before that he was General Manager –Board Member at Bharti Duraline and as Senior Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited.  

 

 

Sanjay Gandhi, CFO KENERSYS INDIA Pvt. Ltd.

Sanjay Gandhi is CFO, KENERSYS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. since April 2010 and he was Head of the Finance Accounts & Controlling. In his former position he was Financial Controller  of the Kalyani Group Joint Venture FAW. In the previous years he was Financial Controller at the Oberoi Cecil.
